Return Window

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items — such as opened food products (ramen, snacks) and items marked as final sale — cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@sellseng.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll guide you through the next steps and provide a return address if applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different size, edition, or product instead, let us know when you reach out — we'll do our best to arrange an exchange based on availability.
